If you are redeeming your vehicle or personal property please follow the steps.
1. CONTACT YOUR LIEN HOLDER (VEHICLE REDEMPTIONS ONLY)
Please contact your lien holder and make sure that the proper release paperwork has been sent to C&C Services.

We understand that sometimes a debtor will not be able to make a redemption themselves. In this case, a third-party release is needed. Please contact your lien holder and make sure that they provide proper paperwork that includes the name of the person redeeming on behalf of the debtor. Without this paperwork we are unable to release to anyone but the debtor. This is a federal law.
